1. METHODS OF PAYMENT

You must pay for your order in one of the following ways:

  • Cash on delivery: payment in cash to the authorised employee of the partner company (the courier) when the order is delivered to the delivery address which was stated by the Customer.
  • By credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, with a special secure payment method through a special service provided by the cooperating bank.
  • Via Paypal account.
  • With cash or credit/debit card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro if you pick up your order from the company’s physical shop.
  1. ORDER / DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Collection from the Company’s physical shop – no delivery costs: If the Customer chooses the option to collect the order from the company’s physical store when submitting his order, he will not be charged delivery costs and will be informed electronically about the times he can collect it from the specific store. The Customer is obliged to collect his order within two calendar days, at the latest, from when he receives the relevant notice. If the Customer does not collect the products, the company is entitled to cancel the order or to withdraw from the sale and is not responsible for this.

Delivery to the place chosen by the Customer: If the Customer chooses the option for the products to be delivered to a place of his choice when submitting his order, the products are delivered to a partner transport company (courier) and the Customer will be notified electronically that the product is ready for shipment. The Customer will be informed by the transport company about the delivery time. Delivery costs are 4 € for purchases up to 100 € and are borne by the customer. For purchases over € 100, delivery is free.

To receive the order, the Customer must show the courier employee confirmation of the order (order number), the shipment notice and an official identity document (police ID, passport, etc.). When he receives the order, the Customer must check the products he receives, as by signing for the order he is confirming that the delivery he has received is in order, and on receipt the Customer accepts the risk. If the Customer does not receive the products after being given information about the delivery and despite receiving a notice from the courier, the company reserves the right to either cancel the order or withdraw from the sale.

When the delivery address is not covered by the courier’s network or if the Customer wishes to transport the products with his own delivery method and at his own expense, the Customer should notify the Company in writing, indicating the chosen delivery method (transport company, agency, etc. .), and the Company undertakes to ship the products in the manner indicated by the Customer. In this case, it is not possible to pay for the order by cash on delivery and the Customer must pay for his order and for the cost of sending the products to the agency, transport company or the method of his choice, before his order is sent. In these cases, the risk from the sale passes to the buyer at the time the sold products are delivered to the carrier.

The delivery time for the products is determined once the order is made depending on the availability of the products and the delivery address, which is confirmed when the Company accepts the order. In any case, it must deliver the products no later than thirty (30) days from the time the sale is drawn up, otherwise, if there is no written agreement to extend the time (e mail), the Customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order via a written statement in an e-mail sent to the business address. If the order is cancelled and the contract of sale is therefore terminated, the company must return, without delay and in full, all the money paid by the Customer.

For bulk orders, special orders or orders which are adapted to meet the Customer’s needs, the delivery time of thirty (30) days does not apply and the delivery time is agreed with the Customer in writing (email).
