1. TERMS

www.alexopoulosarmystore.gr is the online store which displays and sells the products of the Greek sole proprietorship “MARIOS PAN. ALEXOPOULOS TRADE IN GARMENTS & TRAVEL BAGS” which is based in Patras, Kanakari Street, number 127-129 in Greece (Tax Identification Number: 065017029 / Tax Office 1st PATRAS). Before entering the online store and browsing through our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions which apply specifically to the use of the online store, located at www.alexopoulosarmystore.gr

Make sure you agree to the following terms and conditions because any transaction you make with us through our website above is governed by the following terms and your transaction with us implies acceptance of these terms.

MARIOS PAN. ALEXOPOULOS TRADE IN GARMENTS & TRAVEL BAGS reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions for transactions made through its online store. The Company undertakes to inform the users, through the e-shop website, of any modifications and any changes. It is clarified that any change in terms does not apply to orders that you have already placed.

2. INFORMATION & PRODUCTS PROVIDED

MARIOS PAN. ALEXOPOULOS TRADE IN GARMENTS & TRAVEL BAGS is committed to providing complete and accurate information on the website www.alexopoulosarmystore.gr in relation to the essential characteristics in the description of each product available, not withstanding technical or typographical errors which have escaped our attention or have occurred unintentionally or due to any website outage due to force majeure.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MARIOS PAN. ALEXOPOULOS TRADE IN GARMENTS & TRAVEL BAGS guarantees to inform final customers in good time of the non-availability of goods. The Company’s online store is not responsible for any technical problems that users may have when they attempt to access the website and during their use of it and which are related to the operation of the user’s infrastructure or its compatibility with use of the website. Also the Company has no responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties, and especially unauthorised third party interventions in the products and / or services and / or information available through the company.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The website www.alexopoulosarmystore.gr is the official website of MARIOS PAN. ALEXOPOULOS TRADE IN GARMENTS & TRAVEL BAGS. All website content and content posted on the site, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts and products, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. 6. SECURITY

MARIOS PAN. ALEXOPOULOS TRADE IN GARMENTS & TRAVEL BAGS recognises the importance of issues surrounding the security of your Personal Data and your electronic transactions and takes all necessary measures, with the most up to date and advanced methods, to ensure your maximum security. All information which is related to your personal data and your transactions is secure and confidential. For your own safety, you should also treat all information provided through the service as private and confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

7. PURCHASING PRODUCTS

The Company makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, errors in prices and the secondary characteristics of products cannot be ruled out and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no website downtime errors or “human” errors when updating/showing the price of a product.

After registering your order you will receive an automated e-mail which will give the details of your order. After the order is processed by the Company’s online shopping department you will receive a second e-mail confirming the products that will be sent to you. From this point on the contract between us has been concluded.

As your order progresses you will receive a series of automated emails, which will report on the progress of the order.

If your order is pending an e-mail and/or sms will be sent to you. Alternatively, we will contact you on the one of the phone numbers you gave us when you registered or ordered on our site.

There is no way to deactivate these updates, sending them is essential to your order progressing correctly. We would ask you to ensure that these e-mails can reach you and to keep them throughout our transaction. If you do not receive the relevant e-mails you are obliged, in accordance with the general terms governing our transactions, to inform us without delay. Your products will be delivered as soon as possible and always within thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR REMOTE PURCHASES

For purchases you make remotely (eg via the Internet), you can return a product and we will pay you the cost of returning it if you notify us in writing via the contact form https: //www.alexopoulosarmystore..gr/ContactForm or by calling 2610-277003 within 20 calendar days from the day you, or a third party you nominated, received the product. By exercising the withdrawal you are obliged to return the product to us in the original excellent condition (as new) in which it was delivered to you, or to provide us with clear and indisputable proof that you sent it safely within 20 calendar days from the time you exercise the right of withdrawal. We are obliged to return any amounts you have paid us within the same deadline using the method of payment which you used to pay us for the product. If you used a payment card, we will immediately order the issuer of the card to pay this amount and we are not responsible for any delays in crediting you with the sum which are not our fault.

The consumer is only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods which is a result of the goods being handled more than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. We will not be liable, and we will not compensate the consumer, nor will the withdrawal be valid, if the damage to the goods has been caused by the consumer or by use which exceeds that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

In all cases, any products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. If the shipping costs of returning the product exceed the cost of the general postal service, they are not covered by MARIOS PAN. ALEXOPOULOS TRADE IN GARMENTS & TRAVEL BAGS and are charged to the customer.

You are not entitled to withdraw in cases falling under article 3b of law 2251/94 and in any other case that is provided for by law or by present terms and conditions in accordance with the law.

9. SELLER’S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS

Regardless of the Customer’s right to withdraw, according to the provisions of the Civil Code the Company is liable when the product purchased by the Customer does not comply with the contract and especially when it has a real defect or does not have the characteristics agreed.

If the Company is liable for a real defect or for a product not having the characteristics agreed, the Customer is entitled to choose: a) to demand that the product is repaired or replaced by another at no charge, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, b) to request a reduction in the price or c) to withdraw from the contract of sale unless it is an insignificant actual defect. If the Customer chooses that the product be repaired or replaced, the Company must repair or replace it in a reasonable time. The above rights of the Customer which are derived from law (Civil Code 540), are statute-barred after two years for mobile phones.

The Company will replace the products purchased by the Customer in all cases where, at the proven fault of the Company, the Customer was delivered goods which were other than or substantially different from those ordered

The above obligations do not apply if the defect was been caused by you or by force majeure in a narrow or broad sense. In all cases, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.

10. CANCELLING AN ORDER

Notwithstanding the Withdrawal provisions in Article 9, you can cancel an order in the following circumstance: Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can hit “back” and remove any products from your shopping cart by clicking on the “remove” button.

11. PRICES

The Company reserves the right to freely set the pricing policy for the online store, to modify the prices listed, to change and/or withdraw offers with or without giving prior notice to the users/customers, who will be informed of the current price by the relevant post on the website. The prices of products purchased from one of the company’s physical stores may differ from the prices listed on the online store and the company does not bear any responsibility for, and does not cover, differences in prices of products that the Customer found a posteriori at lower price on the online store in relation to the physical store, or vice versa.

All prices listed for the products om the online store are in euros and include VAT. The final price of each product does not include the delivery costs which are calculated after the text for the order is received and is based on the Customer’s choice of where the products are to be delivered. The Customer is informed of additional charges for shipping, delivery or mailing and any other costs or fees before placing his order. When these charges cannot be reasonably calculated in advance, the fact that these costs may be incurred is made known to the Customer before he places his order, and if such costs could not be calculated at the time of the order and were not notified to the Customer by phone before confirmation of receipt of the order, they are not charged to the Customer without his prior explicit consent.

12. DELAYED ORDERS

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
• The product you ordered is not available.
• In times of extreme weather events or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
• If it is impossible to communicate with you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to the payment) because e.g. the details that you entered are not fully up to date. In any case, the delay will not exceed thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.

13. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

MARIOS PAN. ALEXOPOULOS TRADE IN GARMENTS & TRAVEL BAGS pays particular importance to meeting its customers’ needs and solving any problems they have as a result of their transactions with us. However, in the event that we are unable to fully resolve any issues you have and you feel, to whatever extent, that any of your rights resulting from our transactions are being infringed, you may seek to resolve any disputes by using the Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) as provided in Article 14 of Regulation 524/2013. You can submit any dispute you may have to ODR for resolution. The European Consumer Center of Greece has been designated as a national contact point for ODR in Greece, information on which for dispute resolution can be found at ec.europa.eu/odr. You can also contact the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). The above does not limit in any way the rights that you and we have to resort to the competent courts. The competent courts for disputes that arise are designated as the competent courts for the registered office of the company, specifically the city of Patras.

14. RETURNS POLICY

If the product you receive is not to your satisfaction you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you received it. The first exchange is free of charge within Greece. For customers in Cyprus and abroad the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If for any reason you do not exchange the product and do not choose to keep a credit balance, and instead you want a refund, shipping costs are excluded from the refund. If the product is defective, the shipping costs are borne by our company. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the product. Products purchased at a discount of 50% or more are only accepted for exchange or in the form of a credit balance and not for a refund.
The return of the product should include a letter with your details and the exchange you want. If it is a refund, bank details are also required. Exchanges and refunds are made only if the returned product is in its original condition.
